As a BHG Retail Associate, you will be the face of the company - you will be a strong brand ambassador who enjoys connecting with others and creating memorable shopping expirence for our customers

You will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand awareness, working towards meeting our sales budgets as well as creating lasting relationships with our customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create memorable shopping expirence by understanding your customers and delivering the highest quality of service
Knowing our brands (including our Private Labels) inside out and being able to inspire your customers with their stories
Manage the cashieering function to process payments
General store operations - including visual merchandising and manage inventory, stocktake and general housekeeping

requirements

You must be able to work retail hours - this included morining, afternoon and weekend shifts on a weekly basis
Strong communication skills are a must - along with the ability to build relationships with others at different levels
Previous retail expirence is a bonus but not mandatory - we're looking for positive energy, a can-d0 attitude and someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work proactively
