Account Creation

You can sign up for an online account through the user-login page here.

If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot your password. Enter your email address and click on the "Send password" button to receive a new password sent to the email address specified.

Order & Payments

1. Select an item from our website
2. Choose your preferred options
3. Then select 'Add To Cart'.
4. When you have finished shopping, click on the [Shopping Bag] at the top of the page and review your item details.
5. When you are ready to complete your order, click the [Go to Cart] button and you will be taken to the checkout page to make payment.

You will have a choice of proceeding through the checkout as a registered user or as a guest user. As a registered user, you are able store multiple delivery addresses and access your order history. 

Your order is final once payment has been processed. Therefore, it is important to check that your order and details are accurate before payment.

BHG accepts major credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Unionpay.

 

BHG also accepts payment via Hoolah.

1. Pop Up Blocker - Please ensure that the settings for POP-UP BLOCKER for browser are set to OFF. Otherwise, the relevant transaction pages from the banks or payment vendors cannot be displayed and your transaction will not be processed.

BHG Membership

To become a BHG Member, you must spend min.$200 in a single receipt. An email containing information on registration for BHG Member will be sent to you.

Please ensure that you have tick on the ‘I am a BHG Member’ check box in the shopping cart page before check out.

Delivery & Returns

Please refer to here for the full delivery & returns info.

A confirmation email with the order tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once items are picked up for delivery.

1. BHG Singapore accepts returns, exchange or refunds within 2 months of delivery or date of purchase .

2. Products to be exchanged or returned must be in un-used, un-altered in a re-saleable condition and accompanied with a proof of purchase at BHG BUGIS Singapore.

3. Refund of purchase will be according to the original mode of payment or in the form of store credit.

4. Not applicable to lingerie, undergarments earrings and cosmetics items for hygiene purposes.

5. Products must be returned with any free gift(s) and / or gift card(s) received with respect to the returned product . All returns, exchange or refunds must be made only at the Customer Service Counter, at BHG stores.

6. We do not accept returns through mail. BHG Singapore will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.

7. All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order.

8.If you obtain refund for any Products for which rebates or membership points have been credited, corresponding number of rebates/points for the Products returned will be deducted from your account.In the event that the rebate/points amount in your account is insufficient to deduct the rebates, corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the Products. Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective. 

9. BHG Singapore reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever

Click & Collect

You can place order for click &  collect from 10am to 6pm daily.

 

Orders after 6pm will be available for collection the next day.

The order will be ready in approximately 4 hours from time of order.

 

An email will be sent to you to inform you when your order is ready to be collected.

Click & Collect location will be at BHG Bugis Customer Service Counter at Level 3.
